Please complete the Attendee Information Sheet (above), to provide title and abstract.

Should I bring my own poster for the poster session?

Yes, all students are encouraged to bring their own posters to participate in the poster sessions on 6/22, 6/23, and 6/25. There will be no poster printing service at the venue, so you need to print and bring the posters with you to San Diego. Poster size should be 3' (92 cm) wide x 4' (122 cm) tall. Pins or tapes will be provided on-site for you to put on your posters.


FAQ

How much money should I bring with me?
Although accommodation and basic meals will be covered by the school, you might need to prepare some extra money for local transportation and additional expenses (drinks, food at night market, and purchasing during sightseeing...etc). It is recommended to prepare $100 to $200 USD with you during the visit. You will need to bring more if you plan to stay longer or to buy souvenirs for your visit.
