There is a podium, and a lapel microphone available. You may arrange to use any these equipment. Other equipment needs should be arranged by you, at your expense, through the appropriate campus service departments.

The JKW auditorium is usually arranged in meeting-room style (tables and chairs) with seating for approximately 50. There are additional chairs and tables available. If your event requires a different room configuration or additional chairs/tables, submit a work request, at your expense, to Facilities Management-Special Events Set-Ups to schedule your arrangements prior to your event, and to return the room to the configuration specified by CMRR following your event.

The JKW Auditorium may be reserved by campus departments for individual events, and is not intended for use by continuing seminar series. If you want to reserve the JKW for an event, click on Submit a Request below.
